Bridges to Healthcare was developed by Pipeline and Recruitment Programs to assist in closing the skills gap in healthcare by providing high school students in underrepresented communities exposure to both clinical and non-clinical careers. The program has three goals:
1. Provide early exposure to healthcare careers in underrepresented communities 2. Promote education and interest in clinical and non-clinical healthcare careers 3. Work toward closing the skills and wealth gap between minority and other communities This program will create avenues for high school graduates from vulnerable areas to enter the healthcare workforce in high demand roles, while also bolstering Novant Health’s job ranks with diverse and dedicated team members. We are hosting a live information session this Friday and invite you, your students, and their parents to join!
