Career Development Center
The College and Career Center serves all students at Harding University High School. Resources range from career interest exploration, assistance with college essay writing, exploring a military career, trade school or assistance with enrolling in a 4 year university. The goal for Harding University High School (HUHS) students is to create a foundation for success in high school, future studies, and careers such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; Business and Industry; Public Service; Arts and Humanities; and Multidisciplinary Studies. We want our students to understand the content that is aligned with their academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills for students to further their education and succeed in emerging professions.

Harding University High School Institute of Technology (H.I.T.) is a CMS countywide magnet program. Every student will participate in challenging Career and Technical Education (CTE) course, which blend theory and application to prepare them for a globally competitive and technologically advanced society. The three areas of focus are: 1) Automotive Technology, 2) Construction Technology, and 3) 3D Design/Digital Manufacturing.
