Road to Hire Pathways is a non-profit that works alongside rising seniors to support them on their journey to high-earning careers. The program is a one-year experience for students including a paid summer internship and full-year class in school. The class is focused on professional development, exposure to technology, and career/career readiness. The students who graduate all three phases can earn FULL tuition paid scholarship to a 4 or 2 year public NC school or entrance into a paid apprenticeship program. For rising seniors who are graduating in 2022.

Mecklenburg County Park and Rec Pool's are actively recruiting high school students looking to work this summer as lifeguards. They will be re-opening Marion Diehl Recreation Center which is within 10 miles from Harding. They are looking to hire about 30 people to lifeguard. We hope that your students will be interested.
